If you are a writer trying to sell articles on current events, there’s nothing better than a presidential race. Trying to keep up with the daily influx of news and political gamesmanship is almost a full time job.

That’s why I was surprised this morning with a sale of an article I wrote over three months ago on the Iowa Caucus.
